1. You send us your used medical instruments to be reprocessed.
2. We receive your instruments and decontaminate them using an enzymatic wash and ultrasonic machine, making sure to remove all bioburden and debris.
3. After rinsing and drying the instruments, we inspect each instrument for cleanliness and functionality.
4. We package the instruments to your specification, either wrapped or pouched, and load the instruments into the autoclave to be steam sterilized using appropriate sterilization parameters (temperature, duration, etc.).
5. After the sterilization process is complete and validated, we securely pack your sterilized instruments to be shipped back to you.
